Being able to respond to each employee's personality type can offer great opportunities in the management of employees and teams. The e⁠-⁠training introduces different type models from personality psychology and offers the possibility to first assess one's own personality type. Finally, it gives advice on how to better assess the personality types of employees as well, in order to design their working conditions and tasks according to their type. When solving conflicts and putting together teams, it can also be worthwhile to take a type-appropriate approach - participants also receive tips and advice on this.
