In this e⁠-⁠training, participants learn how to get a better overview of their own time and how to proceed more purposefully in their daily work. The basics of successful goal and time planning are taught and useful methods are presented - such as the Eisenhower matrix, batching, time boxing and the Pomodoro method. Finally, there are seven tips for more time on the job.

  • Intermediaries and advisors who are active in the distribution of insurance products and employees who assist in the mediation or provision of advice.
