This e⁠-⁠training explains the connection between communication and personality. The characteristics of communication styles according to Friedemann Schulz von Thun are presented in detail and the participants learn how to assess themselves or others with regard to communication styles. There are also tips on how to further develop communication styles in order to be able to provide counselling to clients according to their needs.
