Successful meetings are very important in everyday work, for example in customer counselling. In this e⁠-⁠training, participants learn how to find the right meeting format for customer meetings, how to prepare optimally for a meeting and how to start it adequately. They also learn how to deal with disruptions and conflicts during the meeting and how to end the meeting appropriately.
